How to get the XiaoHongShu blue tick as a Malaysian or Singapore company

What the blue tick unlocks

• Juguang (聚光), XiaoHongShu’s ad platform: keyword ads, search retargeting and industry keyword suggestions.
• Private messaging tools for collecting leads, including moving customers to a WeChat group.
• A verified business identity, which matters on a platform where users search before they buy.

Documents for a Malaysian company

1. SSM registration
2. SSM Section 14
3. Operating licence (business licence)
4. Passport of the person in charge
5. That person’s Chinese name
6. The current profile photo of your XiaoHongShu account

We prepare the Chinese translations. After the blue tick is approved, opening Juguang ads needs 5 photos of your shop or showroom, inside and outside.

Documents for a Singapore company

1. Company registration certificate
2. Registration documents showing your business nature / description

4. Passport of the person in charge
5. That person’s Chinese name
6. The current profile photo of your XiaoHongShu account

If you sell your own brand, add your trademark registration. If you sell someone else’s brand, add a brand authorisation letter.

How long it takes

The fastest approvals we have seen took about one week. Accounts tied to a registered brand take longer because there is more to verify, sometimes a month or more. Plan your launch with that in mind rather than promising a date.

Cost

Our blue tick package is RM2,500 one-off (excluding 8% SST). It covers the blue tick application, Juguang qualification and account opening, private-messaging activation and unlocking keyword ads. If the application fails you get a full refund; so far 13 out of 13 have been approved.
